On Saturday, April 14 we will be celebrating Coyote Grille as it turns SWEET 16 (the actual birthday is April 11) with our Annual Birthday Block Party. Woo Hooo!!

If you have joined us for lunch, you may have noticed (and even enjoyed) some of Juan’s Craft Tacos on the Express Menu. Below are just a sample of some of the delicious tacos you will see this summer.
El Toro: Two corn tortillas stuffed with marinated grilled flank steak, red onions, cilantro, tomato, jalapeños and sour cream. Pollo Loco: Two flour tortillas stuffed with grilled chicken, red onions, lettuce, pepino de gallo, cilantro, corn, jalapeños and sour cream> Cochabamba: Two flour tortillas stuffed with lightly breaded, fried catfish, lettuce, tomato, pickled onions, and a jalapeño remoulade sauce. Al Pastor: Two corn tortillas stuffed with marinated pulled pork carnitas, grilled pineapple, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños and sour cream. Horacio: Two four tortillas stuffed with ground pork chorizo sausage, red onions, cilantro, tomato, jalapeño, and chipotle mayo.
It’s October which means it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Every year at this time, along with many organizations, we like to turn our focus to bringing more awareness to Breast Cancer. There are sooo many worthy causes..but Breast Cancer is near and dear to our hearts, so through the end of the month we will donate $1 of every Pink Cadillac Margarita sold to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
For the month of October Coyote Grille will donate $1 for each Pink Cadillac sold at either our Fairfax and Centreville location. All proceeds this year will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
Our goal is $500… Soooo come in, have a margarita or two and help save the Ta-Tas!!
RING IN THE NEW YEAR WITH COYOTE GRILLE!! Both Fairfax and Centreville locations will be serving up some of Juan’s holiday favorites on New Year’s Eve, including $5 Classic Margaritas ALL DAY. For our Annual New Year’s Day Brunch….we will offer special brunch items like Breakfast Fajitas and Juan’s Tortilla Espanola…which is like a mexican crustless quiche…as well as $5 Mimosas and Bloody Marys. Thank you for all your support thus far in our partnership with Life with Cancer! With cupcake sales alone, we have already collected nearly $200 to donate to Life with Cancer.
Life with Cancer is a fully not-for-profit organization that seeks to enhance the quality of life of those affected by cancer. They provide information, education, and support, completely free of charge, regardless of where you live or receive treatment.
We would like to invite you to join us on July 17th for our Cancer Awareness Fundraiser! There will be live music at this fun and educational event for such a wonderful cause. Several cancer research societies, nonprofit organizations, and representatives from Inova and Life with Cancer will be out raising awareness for all types of cancer and what we can do to help them with this ongoing battle. 15% of all food and non-alcoholic beverage sales will go directly to Life with Cancer and $1 of each cupcake sold will continue to be donated to Life with Cancer as well.
Please continue to help us beat cancer and do all we can to support those affected and their loved ones. We are so grateful for all the support we’ve received thus far from our loyal Coyotes, we can’t thank you enough!!
