Taco & Tequila Tuesdays Are Back At Coyote Grille

Taco & Tequila Tuesday is back at Coyote Grille starting Tuesday July 11 and we couldn’t be more excited.
Every Tuesday this summer from 4pm – close, Coyote Grille will feature signature Craft Tacos from Juan and Tequila Tasting Flights.
HAND CRAFTED TACOS – $9.95 (served with rice and beans)
El Toro: Two corn tortillas stuffed with marinated grilled flank steak, red onions, cilantro, tomato, jalapeños and sour cream.
Pollo Loco: Two flour tortillas stuffed with grilled chicken, red onions, lettuce, pepino de gallo, cilantro, corn, jalapeños and sour cream>
Cochabamba: Two flour tortillas stuffed with lightly breaded, fried catfish, lettuce, tomato, pickled onions, and a jalapeño remoulade sauce.
Al Pastor: Two corn tortillas stuffed with marinated pulled pork carnitas, grilled pineapple, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños and sour cream.
Horacio: Two four tortillas stuffed with ground pork chorizo sausage, red onions, cilantro, tomato, jalapeño, and chipotle mayo.
El Jardin: To flour tortillas stuffed with black beans, zucchini, peppers, onions, squash, queso fresco topped with pico de gallo, cilantro and sour cream
Sauza Silver – Smooth entry level silver tequila
Lunazul Blanco – 100% agave clean and crisp
Jose Cuervo Gold – A classic, the Tequila that made Tequila famous!
Corazon Blanco – A newcomer to the Tequila family, smooth, clear tasting with pepper and citrus
Espolon Reposado – The Blanco aged for over 6 months- notes of spicy agave and sweet caramel
El Jimador Reposado – 100% agave, rested for 8 months give it a smooth confident agave and toasted hazelnut finish
Patron Silver – made with Weber Blue Agave, aromas of fruit citrus, smooth and sweet with light pepper finish
Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Reposado – Blue Agave aged 10 months in French Oak Barrels, notes of agave and spice
Herradura Anejo – Blue Agave aged on Kentucky Oak Barrels. Intense Oak with Nut aromas, sweet fruit flavor
