Coyote Grille: April Specials Menu

t’s going to be a fresh and fruity April at Coyote Grille in Fairfax.   Pineapple, strawberries and mangos among some of the delicious flavors making an appearance on the April Specials Menu, along with some favorites!  Sweet and spice and everything nice…stop by and check them all out!

APPETIZERS

Shrimp Ceviche – Shrimp, Diced Tomato, Mango, Red Onion, Jalapeño, Cilantro marinated in Lime Juice topped with Avocado served with Chips $7.95

Carne con Crema de Maiz – Marinated Skirt Steak on a bed of Creamed Corn drizzled with Chipotle Bourbon Sauce $6.95

Quinoa Encrusted Rockfish – Topped with Juan’s Zesty Tomato Mayo and a Jalapeño Tomato Cilantro and Red Onion Salad marinated in Olive Oil and Lime Juice $5.95

 

ENTREES

BBQ Brisket Tacos – 2 Flour Tortillas stuffed with BBQ Brisket Tacos and Southwest Coleslaw served with Black Beans and Green Rice $12.95

Pineapple-Ancho Shrimp Kabobs – Eight Large Shrimp skewered with Onions, Peppers, Zucchini and Squash topped Pineapple-Ancho served over a bed of Green Rice $17.95

 

DESSERT

Juan’s Strawberry Pie served with Whipped Cream $4.95
