Juan has outdone himself with this month’s Specials Menu at Coyote Grille in Fairfax.  For all of your vegetarians (and vegetable lovers)…the Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas are back and they are not to be missed!!  If you are looking for a little kick…try the Grilled Mahi Tacos…they are absolutely delicious.  The Dessert Nachos are a sweet treat that can be shared at the end of the meal…and DO NOT….repeat….DO NOT  miss you on trying our new Mango-Rita with homemade jalapeño-infused tequila!!

APPETIZERS

 Carne con Crema de Maiz
Marinated Skirt Steak on a Bed of Creamed Corn drizzled with Chipotle Bourbon Sauce $6.95

Barbecue Style Pork Tips
Six Pork Rib Tips coated in an Ancho-Barbacoa Sauce served with a Zesty Southwest Coleslaw and Bite Size Corn on the Cob $6.95

 

ENTREES

Grilled Mahi Tacos

Two Flour Tortillas filled with Mahi, Grilled Onions, Tomatoes and Jalapeno Remoulade served with Mixed Greens, Tomato, Corn, Black Beans, Cheeses and Avocado in a Chipotle BBQ Dressing topped with Tortilla Strips $15.95
