Juan’s Gazpacho Recipe

Juan’s Gazpacho Recipe – you’ve never had a gazpacho like this before…creamy and smooth. ¬†We hope you try to make it yourself!

2 lbs. Roma Tomatoes
1 tsp Garlic
1 yellow onion
1 tsp lemon juice
2 red peppers (seeded)
2 cucumbers (seeded)
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 slice of white bread
Salt Pepper to taste
Sour cream for finish

Red Crushed Pepper or Cayenne Pepper for kick!

Blend together all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Serve in a bowl or hollow out cucumbers for serving. Drizzle with sour cream.
