New Tapas for Spring in Centreville

Juan has Spring Fever and has updated our Tapas Menu in Centreville for the warm weather.

Our new tapas include a few items you have seen featured in our Monthly Specials Menu, a new spin on some existing tapas and something completely new and delicious!!

Albondigas: Meatballs in a southwest tomato sauce with peas and corn, topped with cotija cheese

Camote y Vegetales Empanadas con Crema de Avocado Sauce:  Three small flour tortillas stuffed with mashed sweet potatoes and diced vegetables, lightly fried served with avocado cream sauce

Gambas Al Ajillo: Sautéed shrimp with garlic, herbs, chili arbol, white wine and butter, served with crostini

Papas con Chorizo con Piquillo Sauce: Sliced potatoes rolled up with chorizo, fried golden brown and served with piquillo sauce
