Juan Carlos Balderrama

Juan is our executive chef and has been with Coyote Grille since 2001.

He has been a chef for 20 years. His background includes Jaleo in DC,
DC Capital Hilton, Austin Grille and Occidental Grille.
He is from Cochabamba, Bolivia and has been in the US for 16 years.
