Valentine’s Day 2014 Menu Prix Fixe

Join us at either location for the most romantic day of the year.  Juan has created a delicious 4  course, prix fixe menu for only $89.00 per couple.  Reservations are required.  Alcohol, Tax and Gratuity not included.

1st Course
Seared Diver Sea Scallops with Grilled Vegetables with a Lemon Mustard Sauce

 Chorizo Potato and Asiago Stuffed Piquillo Pepper topped with a Yellow Bell Pepper Sauce

 2nd Course
Southwest Cream of Tomato Soup with a Heart-shaped Crouton

 Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Strawberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Walnuts in a Champagne Vinaigrette

 3rd Course
Filet Mignon and Grilled Shrimp over Scalloped Potatoes topped with a Red Wine Sauce served with White Asparagus and Baby Carrots

 Grilled Pork Chop with an Ancho-Pineapple Sauce over Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes served with White Asparagus and Baby Carrots

 Stuffed Portobello over Cauliflower Mash drizzled with a Balsamic Reduction

 4th Course

Chocolate Molten Cake for Two served with Fresh Berries and Whipped Cream
