Marinated steak on a bed of creamed corn, drizzled with chipotle bourbon sauce.

Shrimp Ceviche
Marinated shrimp diced red onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and mango and fresh lime juice, topped with avocado.

ENTREES

Grilled Chicken Breast
Topped with avocado mango salsa. Served over whipped sweet potatoes.

Al Pastor Tacos
2 marinated pulled pork tacos with grilled pineapple, cilantro, and spicy green sauce. Served with baracho beans and red rice.

DESSERTS
Chocolate Volcano Cake
Served with vanilla ice cream.

Mango Mousse Cake
Topped with strawberry puree.
