“We treat everyone coming into the restaurant as a first time VIP,” says Joshua Alexander, Coyote Grille Regional Manager. And he means it. Alexander’s first time at the restaurant close to 10 years ago was as a customer. He remembers sitting down with friends and being instantly greeted by owner Tatjana Farr and her staff who “knew everyone coming through the door.” As Regional Manager, Alexander is responsible for maintaining that constant high level of service, quality of food, and neighborhood atmosphere that has secured the restaurants’ place in the community. Whether he is welcoming a crowd of regulars to lunch, a family to Sunday brunch, or coordinating Coyote Grille’s catering department, Alexander’s commitment to a great experience every time is one of the reasons customers keep coming back.
